IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We use organic feed and allow our chicks to forage through out the spring, summer, and fall.

We currently do not have an organic certification, but at this time all of our kale and strawberries are grown hydroponically and treated with natural pest repellants such as neem oil.

We are waiting on our hive and will not have honey until late summer/early fall. We plan on not filtering any of our honey and with the equipment we are buying allows us to skip this step while providing the customer with raw unfiltered honey.
